The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the breakfast was good and included in the price, I would stay here again
The Tv in my room only has the terrestrial channels 1 - 5, upgrading the TVs to Freeview would be good
A very good breakfast.
It served it,s purpose as a good central base.
Spacious bedroom Good mattress
Bedroom and bathroom - fittings broken eg towel rail, blinds Breakfast coffee disgusting, no brown toast Smell in reception area rather unpleasant
hotel is comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly with plenty of parking making it a very ideal base for our visit
Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was very good and plentiful and accomodation was spotlessly clean.
onlystayed 1 night, but enjoyed the hotel on all fronts. The owner was talkative and a good laugh.Breakfast was enjoyable and vairied, and would definately stay there again.
Staff very friendly and helpful, I was booked in a single room, being a single female on my business trip they put me in a section with more female and up grade me to a double room without additional charge. the room is clean, breakfast very good
The location was very good and the room was spacious and clean. The shower room was small but adequate. The breakfast had everything you could want and was very good.
The hotel does not claim to be five star but is fine for a short stay.
The hotel is conveniently placed closed to the centre of town. The room was on the larger size and was reasonably appointed.
The room was very musty and had no ventillation. There was some mould growing in the bathroom and rising damp in the walls.
. Very conveinient for Rugby town centre.
This hotel is two converted old houses, all white mdf, cheaply fitted out and maintained, looked to be last updated 1960, tired and scruffy. No security.
Very helpful and pleasant owner
bathroom too small to accomodate wash hand basin, which was in the room. however no problem for short stay
Good location for our purpose. Good breakfast including porridge when requested. Staff helpful.
Owners very welcoming Comfortable room, somewhat basic but reasonable considering the good price Modern, en-suite shower room Well situated for the town centre with a good choice of eating places within a 10 minute walk
Friendly staff of the hotel. Big room and clean every day. Nice Breakfast, you can choose continental or english breakfast. Everythings allright!
Very friendly and helpful manager good quality room good shower attractive dining room and excellent breakfast
The access to freeview on tv was not straightforward but I understand this is being rectified shortly
